THE CESARE PROJECT IN BRIEF

 

The CESARE (Common Electronic Fee Collection System for a Road Tolling European Service) is a project set up by ASECAP in connection with the Stockholm Group (a forum of Road Public Administrations from Finland, France, Germany, The Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom) and co-financed by the European Commission.

The CESARE project started in 1998 and is divided in four phases.
