MARKETING WORKSHOP 2018

       


ASECAP
, in association with HELLASTRON, its Greek member, will hold its

5th Marketing Workshop on Thursday 3 May 2018, 9h30 - 16h30, in Athens.


This will be a full day session to discuss and share information on the main marketing issues and initiatives amongst ASECAP members.

This session will focus on the innovative services provided to motorway users and it will highlight all the actions/initiatives that toll road operators are undertaking to expand and improve their services/operations and their communications towards customers. In particular:

• Personalized experience for road users (pricing, toll and discount programs, etc.);

• Customer behaviour and marketing strategies;

• Crisis Management & Communication: Challenges to customer satisfaction, in the face of large-scale events negatively impacting toll road operations;

• Level of Service: Contractual Obligation or Marketing Tool?;

• Social media: Marketing Opportunity or Threat?;

• Innovative tools and technics for the Visualization of the Road services, (Innovative mobility services for customers such as carpooling, electro mobility etc.);

• Good practices and innovative actions concerning service areas, secure parking facilities, rest areas, etc.).


IMPORTANT NOTE: The workshop is open only to ASECAP members, their own members, and personalities invited by the members.
